Refund policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and processed.

We are happy to offer an exchange in the following cases:

Size-related issues
Manufacturing defects (if reported within the specified time)
To be eligible for an exchange:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
All tags must be intact
The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Once approved, the product can be exchanged for: A different size of the same product, or Another product of equal value (any price difference must be borne by the customer)

Important Notes

In case of any return or exchange, all shipping and courier charges must be borne by the customer.
Customised and made-to-measure outfits are non-refundable and non-returnable, and exchanges are subject to approval.
Colours may slightly vary due to lighting and screen resolution; this will not be considered a defect.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

H Bheda reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests after inspection of the returned product.
