At H Bheda, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care. As most of our garments are made-to-order, we request your patience while we create your outfit.

Processing & Dispatch Time

• All clothing items, including kurtas, tops, dresses, co-ords, and other apparel, are made on a made-to-order basis.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Multiple Item Orders

• If your order contains multiple products, all items will be shipped together in a single package.
• In such cases, delivery timelines may be slightly longer to ensure the complete order is dispatched together.

Customized Orders

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for customized orders.
• Customized products will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Exchange Shipping Charges

• In case of an exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product back to us and receiving the exchanged product must be borne by the customer.
